– To use the services, users must be connected to the mobile network through the mobile operator
– Users must be 18 years or older. Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.
– Users must understand and accept the general terms and conditions at the time of registration

- Service Description
Uni Dragons Media ltd provides mobile entertainment content such as video, graphics and other data through SMS services, over the internet to compatible mobile devices. After registration and payment, you will be able to accept or download Products through the Service on compatible mobile phones.
- Availability
The Service is provided “as is” (it happens to be under development) and Uni Dragons Media ltd does not accept any liability or warranty in the event that, due to the configuration of your personal mobile device, information or messages are not stored or stored in a timely manner or if they have been deleted or delivered improperly. To subscribe to the service, you are required to have access to the Internet and/or a mobile network. You are required to pay all charges for such internet access through your mobile carrier. You are also responsible for any necessary equipment to access the Internet.
- Charges
You have free access to our online services. All prices, as well as prices for existing subscriptions, are subject to change upon notification by Uni Dragons Media ltd. Uni Dragons Media ltd will notify you of such change. If you do not accept the new charges (which will only apply on a prospective basis), you may cancel your subscription and/or your current account immediately after your current subscription expires.
- Prohibition of resale of services
You acknowledge and agree that the Download(s) made available as part of the Service are owned by Uni Dragons Media ltd, its affiliates and/or licensors, as applicable, and are protected by copyright laws. You hereby accept, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Download(s) and the Service on a specified compatible mobile phone solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You further acknowledge and agree that you may not reproduce, modify, perform, transfer, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise use or dispose of the Download(s) except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
- Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise specified, all rights, titles and any intellectual property, proprietary rights or other rights related to the intangible property used, developed, incorporated or exercised in connection with any of the Services belong to Uni Dragons Media ltd or to the licensors. You agree not to make any claim of ownership of any such copyright to Uni Dragons Media ltd. You acknowledge that no media copyrighted content is transferred to you and that you have no rights, direct or indirect, with respect to the Service other than the rights expressly granted in this Agreement.

In addition, we may pass your information to government agencies, including, but not limited to, courts and prosecutors.
- Changes to the Service
Uni Dragons Media ltd may at any time change or terminate the Service, or any part thereof, either temporarily or permanently. You agree that Uni Dragons Media ltd shall not be liable to any third party or you as a user, in the event of any change, termination or suspension of the service.
- Transactions with advertisers / sponsors
Any transactions between you and the sponsors and/or advertisers, or any participation in offers by the sponsors and/or advertisers identified on the Service, including the supply and payment of goods or services, and all other guarantees, the terms, conditions and statements related to these transactions are solely your concern and interest of the particular sponsor and/or advertiser. You agree that Uni Dragons Media ltd is not responsible for any damages of any kind that may result from such transactions or the presence of such sponsors and/or advertisers on the Service.
- Activation of services
Any transactions between you and the sponsors and/or advertisers, or any participation in offers by the sponsors and/or advertisers identified on the Service, including the supply and payment of goods or services, and all other guarantees, the terms and conditions and statements related to these transactions are solely your concern and interest of the particular sponsor and/or advertiser. You agree that Uni Dragons Media ltd is not responsible for any damages of any kind that may result from such transactions or the presence of such sponsors and/or advertisers on the Service.
- Termination of Services

Cancellation takes effect immediately upon receipt of the cancellation request. Charges may still appear on your mobile phone bill the following month as mobile charges. Uni Dragons Media ltd reserves the right to collect the monies due.
- Interruption of Services
Uni Dragons Media ltd may suspend the Service for repair, maintenance and/or upgrade. In such event, Uni Dragons Media ltd will make reasonable efforts to keep the service interruption as short as possible with as little inconvenience to users as possible. Uni Dragons Media ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, individual services provided by it or third parties through the Services or to discontinue the Services themselves.
- Safety and Security
The infrastructure and applications are constructed and secured in such a way that it can be reasonably assumed that unauthorized persons may not have access to any user’s data. Please refer to the general Terms and Conditions regarding the liability of Uni Dragons Media ltd. Acceptance of this policy means that Uni Dragons Media ltd:
